Cured in Place Pipe

Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining is a trenchless pipe rehabilitation technique used to repair existing pipelines without the need for extensive excavation. It is commonly employed for rehabilitating sewer and stormwater pipes. CALIBRATION ROLLER BLATES

Specially designed for sewer rehabilitation. Calibration roller belts for the calibration of pipe liners that are impregnated with a liquid synthetic resin mixture.

THUNDER GUN

Our Inverter Thunder Gun offers the most extensive and flexible range of applications from 50mm – 300mm (2" 12"). This device can be used regardless of the length of the pipe to be rehabilitated.


FULLY EQUIPED VAN

We create fully equipped vans that enable you to transport all the necessary equipment for lining installation.


LINER INSTALLATION

The liner is saturated with fresh resin and hardener. Once mixed the liner is calibrated in the rollers with the right gap thickness. It is a very easy process due the permium quality and performance of our resin and its pot life to handle the inversion inside the existing damaged pipe.





Then, the liner is inflated to conform to the shape of the existing pipe. The resin is then cured and hardened, this process transforms the flexible liner into a rigid durable structure that essentially creates a new pipe within the old one.
